1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by Wealth Wish Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website, credit repair services, consultations, and client portal, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wealth Wish Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Description of Services

Wealth Wish Solutions LLC provides credit repair and credit restoration services. Our services may include but are not limited to:

• Review and analysis of your credit reports from one or more credit bureaus
• Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
• Removal or correction of inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative items
• Inquiry removal services
• Personal information cleanup
• Credit rebuilding guidance and education
• One-on-one credit consultations

All services are performed in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

3. No Guarantee of Results

We use legal consumer protection laws to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information. However, accurate negative information that is verifiable by creditors may remain on your credit report regardless of our efforts. We will not engage in any illegal or unethical practices, including the creation of a new credit identity or the use of a credit privacy number (CPN).

Typical results may begin to appear within 30 to 60 days of active service. Full results may take 6 months or longer depending on your individual profile. Time frames may change without notice. Results may vary.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing any service from Wealth Wish Solutions LLC, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments are processed through our authorized payment processor at the time of purchase
• Prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for new clients
• Partial payment plans, where offered, require timely payment of all installments as agreed
• Failure to maintain current payment status may result in suspension or termination of services

No Refund Policy

If you have questions about your payment or service status before purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] prior to completing your transaction.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or billing, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge in question before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive services from Wealth Wish Solutions LLC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information on all intake forms and documents
• Maintain an active credit monitoring account as required for your service package
• Respond to requests for documents, signatures, or information in a timely manner
• Upload all required documents through the designated client portal only
• Keep your contact information current and accurate
• Communicate with our team only through approved channels (client portal or support email)
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation in connection with our services

Failure to fulfill your responsibilities may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services without refund.

6. Service Pause and Cancellation

Clients may request a pause or cancellation of services by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note:

• Paused accounts will have all active work suspended for the duration of the pause
• Cancellation of services does not entitle the client to any refund of amounts paid
• Reactivation of a paused account is subject to availability and current pricing
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or at our sole discretion

7. Consultations

Paid consultations are subject to the following terms:

• Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking system
• Consultations are conducted by phone. You will receive a call within 5 minutes before or after your scheduled time from our designated number
• If you do not receive a call at your scheduled time, it is your responsibility to contact us at 404-260-0077 or [email protected]
• Consultation fees are non-refundable
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
• No-shows forfeit their consultation fee without the right to reschedule at no additional charge

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, client portal, emails, and materials including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Wealth Wish Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Wish Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed client agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth Wish Solutions LLC with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
